All Decra roofing materials are available directly from Decra.

With our investment in high stock levels, almost all orders can be supplied directly from the warehouse. This enables us to provide a maximum delivery time of 4 working days; 2 working days is typical.

Orders can be collected with 4 working hours notice. Our call and collect service is open from Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm.

Ways to Pay

Credit Account Facilties
Most of our customers prefer to trade on this basis. As a matter of policy all credit applicants are thoroughly vetted with trade reports, accounts and references being requested. The process of opening a Credit Account can take up to three weeks and it is essential that you complete your Application Form and return it to us as quickly as possible. If for any reason it is not possible to open a Credit Account, we have to trade on a pro forma basis.

Public Sector Official Purchase Order
We welcome orders from customers in the Public Sector. Official Purchase Orders should be sent by fax or by post to our Crawley office.

Post
Send us an order form or a copy of the enclosed estimate together with a cheque or Bankers Draft for the full amount including VAT. Please allow 7 working days for cheque clearance.
