    • Over 4 times lighter than Code 4 lead flashing providing easier handling and health and safety advantages.
    • Is compatible with all common building materials with which it is likely to come into contact.
    • Looks like lead to the eye, but not to the touch, so maintaining aesthetics but deterring thieves.
    • Has no scrap value so is of value only to the installer.
    • Environment friendly and non-toxic – no lead, no other heavy metals, no PVC.
    • Does not cause staining when rainwater runs off of it.
    • Made of a monolithic strong durable SEBS/bitumen blend.
    • Allows flashings up to 10m in length to be installed without joints making it quicker and easier to install.
    • Malleable and easy to form.
    • Weldable – with hot air gun or flame free welder.
    • Self sealing.
