1. All we require is for you to defend our product against product substitution by products of a lesser specification, which are backed by lower service and support.
2. Availability of this service is dependent on this service being applied for as early as possible in the specification process (i.e. NOW).
3. To receive the benefits of this service it is a condition that your appointed installer must be selected from our list of Decra Registered Contractors and Decra Contractor Partners.
