Warm Roof Constructions

The table below sets out appropriate detailing at eaves where:

• Insulation (rigid board type) following line of rafter with insulation level with top of rafter or on top of rafter.
  50mm x 50mm counterbattens installed on top of underlay.
• A trapeziodal composite insulated warm roof system is to be installed under the roof tiles

Install eaves batten to rear of fascia board		Install eaves batten the same size as tile batten installed behind fascia board.
