Setting Out Gables
The correct position to set the bargeboards at is dictated by whether a Decra Bargecover or a Decra Cloaked Verge Cap is to be used.

If you are using the Decra Bargecover fix the barge boards in a position where they are 25mm higher than the tops of the tile battens.

Underlay should turn up against the edge of bargeboard by 25mm.

Installing the Decra Bargecover at Gables
Start off at the eave by nailing a Decra Barge Cover Eave Closure into position (see image below).

Fold lower half of front edge of barge cover back up and behind front lip of eaves tile (see grey shaded area on image below).

After completion of roof cover these nail heads with Decra finishing kit.
      
Nail remaining bargecovers into position using 3 nails vertically and 3 horizontally as before. Care should be taken to ensure bargecovers are correctly lapped.
      
After completion of roof cover the bargecover nail heads with Decra finishing kit.
